Thurs 4/8 Fitness Challenge

Great job by everyone today.  We had over 50 people go through our fitness challenge.  Most of our crossfitters and a few non-crossfitters who have a whole new respect for what we do.  Looking forward to our next fitness challenge.

Our winner….Joe Galantini in an impressive 6:36!

Great effort by all today. We had the calm before the storm tomorow. Fitness contest on Thursday = 10 rounds for time of 15 deadlifts of 135 lbs and 15 pushups. It will be interesting to watch the deteriation of form as nonCrossFItters heart rates elevate. Goodluck to all and remember to stay uncomfortable!
