Classes are….
Monday through Friday from 5:30am through 7:30am and 11am through 12pm (Last WOD starts at 7:45am and 11:45am)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday there are evening classes from 5:00pm to 6:30pm (Last WOD starts at 6:45pm)
Saturday’s class is open from 8:15am till 11:15am (Last WOD starts at 11:15am)
